Abstract
This synthesis is an examination of TDM strategies in Europe. This sythesis details successful TDM strategies and examines, in detail, the literature on this subject in an extensive, annotated bibliography. The synthesis covers such TDM strategies as using parking measures, road pricing, alteration of infrastructure, mobility centers, green commuter plans, carsharing, carpooling, and vanpooling.
